Privacy Policy
Plain-language version · during our founding beta a full legal edition will replace this page before general launch.
Your photos
You and your guests own everything you upload. We store your files only to run your private gallery, for only as long as the gallery lives. We do not use your photos to train AI models, we do not use them in our marketing, and we never sell or share them. When a host deletes an event — or a gallery reaches the end of its life — the media is permanently deleted from our servers, including thumbnails and trash. Not archived: deleted.
What we collect
- Hosts: your name, email, and password (stored hashed), plus the events you create.
- Guests: the email you enter at the album door — used so the host can tell you when the keepsake book is ready, and for nothing else.
- Sign in with Google: only your name and email — never your Google Photos or anything else in your account.
- Payments: handled entirely by Stripe. Your card number never touches our servers.
Cookies
We use a small number of session cookies to keep you signed in to your account or an album. No advertising trackers, no third-party analytics cookies.
Emails we send
Transactional only: book-ready announcements, table-host invites, and reminders about your own gallery (like a heads-up before a free week ends). No marketing lists, and every message is about an album you're part of.
