Weddings, birthdays, reunions, launch parties — give your guests one QR code, and every photo and video they take lands in a beautiful private gallery. No app. No chasing. No lost memories. When the night is over, curate your favourites into a keepsake photo book — order copies for yourself, or gift one to your guests.
Create your event — freeNo credit card required to start · free while in beta · guests never install anything
ConfettiAlbum gathers them all — then makes them unforgettable.
Each event gets its own web address — or connect a domain you already own, like photos.smithwedding.com.
Only people with the event password can see or add photos. You choose who gets it.
Guests upload straight from their phone's browser — iPhone photos and videos included.
Every photo is captioned and tagged automatically — search the album ("cake", "dancing", a name) and jump to the highlights.
One click writes a warm recap of your event from everyone's photos — ready to send with the album link.
Remove any photo as the host; deletions go to a trash you can restore from.
Put the album on the big screen. New photos appear seconds after guests share them — with a "just added" flash that gets the whole room uploading. The screen even shows the QR to join.
One click turns the whole album into a print-ready heirloom book — cover, the story of the day, every photo with its caption, and a thank-you page naming each contributor. Send it to family, or order printed hardcovers.
Three steps, five minutes, zero stress.
Create your event and pick its web address.
Share the QR code and password — on invitations, table cards, or the big screen.
Watch every photo and video roll into one gallery — then keep it forever.
Early words from our beta — illustrative for now, and we'll swap in real names (with permission) as the thank-you notes arrive.
We got home from the reception and the album already had four hundred photos in it — moments we never saw happening. My mom cried at the breakfast table.
Emma & Liam · wedding hosts
The sealed album was the whole reason we said yes. Nothing went public until we'd reviewed every photo — and the families loved ordering the book without the school touching a dime.
Vice Principal, Riverside High · grad night
I put the QR card on every table and did nothing else all night. My couples think I hired a second photographer. I just send my link and collect the commission.
Dana · wedding & event planner

A special mode for schools: staff hold the camera, and nothing goes public until the book is ready.
Students don't upload at all — your designated staff member (say, the Vice Principal) signs in with a private upload code and adds the night's photos. No student codes, no accounts, no app.
Students and families sign in with one event password, but the album stays sealed while staff curate it. The moment the school's keepsake book is ready, everyone sees every photo — reviewed first, revealed together.
Staff can add student names to any photo — completely optional — so everyone finds themselves (and their friends) in seconds.
One set-up fee covers everything: staff uploads, the sealed gallery, name tagging, and the school's keepsake book. No per-student charges, no accounts to manage.
The school creates one keepsake book of the night; students and parents order their printed copies directly from us — the school never touches money or handles orders. The PDF is free.
Museum benefits, charity dinners, corporate evenings — curated, not chaotic.
Guests watch the album with one elegant password from the programme. Only your table hosts add photos — tell us how many tables, and we email every host their own access link. Each host captures their own table (credited by name), prints their own table card, and builds a keepsake book of their table's night. No phone-forest, no strangers' uploads.
The live wall runs on the venue screens all evening — new photos fade in moments after they're taken, with the QR code inviting guests to follow along from their seats.
Afterwards, the keepsake book — softcover, hardcover, or the Executive Edition — becomes an elegant thank-you for patrons, sponsors, and the committee. The AI writes the story of the evening; you take the credit.
Unlimited photos and video for up to 500 guests, table-host upload codes, the live big-screen wall, and printable QR table cards with your logo or crest. One invoice for the committee — nothing for guests to pay.
Leather-look cover, foil-stamped title, presentation gift box — the thank-you patrons keep on the shelf. Ordering 10 or more for the committee, sponsors, or the board? We price those individually — engraving, slipcases, and bulk rates included. Request a custom quote.
Every event starts completely free for one week — no credit card, all features on. During (or after) that week, the host unlocks the gallery by purchasing a package or applying an event credit, and the album is theirs permanently. If the week passes before you unlock, nothing is deleted: uploads pause, your photos stay safe, and unlocking picks up right where you left off.
No. Guests scan the QR code (or type the address), enter the event password once, and upload straight from their phone's browser — iPhone HEIC photos and videos included.
Only people with your event password. Galleries are private by default, every photo request is checked, and you can remove anything as the host.
Your photos are never ours. You and your guests own everything you upload — we hold the files only to run your private gallery, for only as long as your gallery lives. We don't use your photos to train AI, we don't use them in our marketing, and we never sell or share them with anyone. You can download the full album at any time, and the host can hit "Delete forever" to permanently erase the event and every file in it — including thumbnails and anything in the trash — from our servers in one click. When a gallery reaches the end of its life, the media is permanently deleted, not archived.
Just your name and email address — enough to create your account and send you helpful reminders (like a heads-up before your gallery expires). We request identity only: no access to your Google Photos, Drive, contacts, or anything else in your Google account, ever.
Anything from a dinner party to a 300-guest wedding. Photos upload at full quality up to 30 MB each, videos up to 200 MB.
Every event starts with a free week — plenty of time to collect the photos from the day. Unlock the album (a credit or one package) and it stays for 12 months on Celebration or 24 on Heirloom. Your photos are never deleted mid-trial, and you can download everything, including the keepsake book PDF, at any time.
Prom events flip the flow: students can't upload — photos are added only by the school's designated staff member (e.g. the Vice Principal) with a private upload code. Students and families sign in with one event password, but the album stays sealed while staff review it and build the school's keepsake book. When the book is ready, everyone sees every photo at once — curated first, revealed together. Staff can optionally add student names to photos so everyone finds themselves. The school pays one flat set-up fee per event and creates one book; families order printed copies directly from us, so the school never handles money.
